Traci Newkirk, Intellectual Capitol

Intellectual Capitol bridges the gap between where you are and where you want to be. We locate top talent. We know that people are your greatest investment, and we put in the work to recruit, hire, and retain top talent for your organization. We provide significant opportunity for our consultants. We understand that your work is a significant part of who you are. We connect you to long-term contracts that allow you to leave a legacy. We teach the strategy that drives organizational culture.Culture determines turnover. With the training division of ICAP, we help agencies and organizations create a workplace culture that retains top talent. We live and recruit in the same city. It may be unusual, but it means we really know our clients, meet regularly with our consultants, and enjoy our local communities on the weekdays. Our clients also like the added accountability of knowing they will see us around town, from baseball games to local IT events, long after our projects are finished. Being local also means that we respond quickly when an urgent need arises.
