In an overwhelmingly busy, results-oriented world, it can be really challenging to establish boundaries and navigate challenging situations. Learning what you want, who you are and what you value can be so helpful in living a full life that allows you to thrive. Using a whole person approach, addressing both mind and body wellness, my clients find increased overall well-being. I work with clients who frequently experience anxiety, depression, and struggle with perfectionism. I also help many clients through difficult life transitions and future planning.
Chelsea Connors is a Certified Coach and Therapist, blogger and speaker. After graduating with an MS in Counseling from Johns Hopkins University, she found her passion lies in working with those struggling with anxiety and perfectionism. Chelsea has experience working in diverse settings from college counseling centers to crisis houses. As a military spouse, she moves around the country and has had opportunities to experience different cultures which helps to expand her knowledge base and skills around challenging life transitions. Chelsea is passionate about living a healthy, sustainable lifestyle and helping others to do the same. With a whole person wellness approach, Chelsea works with her clients to achieve their goals through both psychotherapy and life coaching.
