Stacy Oldfield

After nearly 25 years in corporate America, Stacy launched Minerva because she wanted to use her business and life coaching experience to support women in creating the career or business of their dreams. By providing business coaching to women entrepreneurs and career transition coaching to women, she becomes her clients' business strategy partner, their accountability partner, their Chief Butt-kicker – really anything they need to realize the success they deserve.
It can be really tough out there for women in the workforce because they are always trying to manage it all. Having life coaching techniques to add to sound, business best practices really allows Stacy to take a holistic approach when working with women to ensure they reach their goals while maintaining the best version of themselves.

As a business executive and certified life coach, Stacy uses her corporate and small business experience to help women reach their business and career goals. Stacy has been invited to speak to many audiences within the state including the Center for Women, SPAWAR's Women of the Workforce, Charleston Women in Business, graduate classes at both The Citadel and the College of Charleston (CofC), and Leadership CofC. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Beautiful Gate Center and on the advisory board of the SC Women's Business Center.
Stacy resides in Charleston, SC with her husband, John, and daughter, Abigail. They also share their home with Roxy, their hound-mix, and Delilah the cat.
