Purity is our Passion at White Leaf Provisions and we believe that healthy food starts with healthy soil.

Meghan founded White Leaf Provisions in February of 2016, following the birth of their son, Keegan. Both as concerned parents and conscious consumers looking for the purest options for their family, they quickly became aware of a lack of truly pure and organic foods that were simple in their design and taste and farmed in an eco-minded way; products that care as much about the way in which they are farmed as the taste and purity of the final product.

Wendy Keefer

Cellar Experience believes in making the world of wine accessible to everyone. We offer unique wine experiences in a relaxed, fun environment to help you expand your knowledge and senses. This isn't your average wine tasting, built with the end goal of selling you wine. This is a true wine education, designed to give you the skills and confidence to enjoy wine the way you were meant to experience it.

Wendy Keefer spent nearly 20 years practicing and teaching law. She loved the law but knew that she wanted to branch out into other things that sparked her passion. An amateur collector for years, Wendy knew she wanted to dig in and learn more about wine. While pursuing more formal training in all things wine and taking a job in the wine industry, she realized she wanted to share what she learned with others with the goal toward removing the confusion and intimidation that often cloaks wine in mystery. Opening Cellar Experience was the culmination of that goal. Wine brings everything Wendy loves together - geology, geography, history, science and art.

Erin Turner

women-entrepreneurs-charleston-erin-turner-photography.jpg

Photography has been something I have pursued since I was a child and while my first career took me to major metropolitan cities as a television producer, visually seeing and telling a story has always been a craft I was honing. I finally had the courage to pursue photography full time in 2013 and never looked back. My job - whether I'm working with teens & tweens during a vulnerable time in their lives, women who want to experience the empowerment of a beautifully styled boudoir shoot, or a business looking to show the person and the personality behind their company - is to tell each person's story authentically. To get the the heart of what makes each of us unique and highlight that through beautiful, honest imagery. The biggest part of my job is making anyone I'm shooting feel comfortable, and I believe that is my biggest strength after years of interviewing fortune 500 CEOs to some of the biggest names in Hollywood. I know how to make everyone feel special and even more I know how to understand who they are and get to the heart of what will resonate with them and who they are speaking to. It is my greatest challenge and by far my most rewarding feat - shooting images that tell the story of who you are, no matter your background. I create relative, interesting and personal content to be used on a regular basis on Social Media, websites and blog posts so personal brands can attract and engage their tribes through stylized content.

Lauren Brandon

women-entrpreneurs-charleston-straight-to-art.jpeg

Connecting creativity and order is our passion. Artists want to pursue their art, but with the growing demands of office work, social media, shipping, and receiving, studio time diminishes and creativity is reduced. Artists want more time in the studio and less time in the office. Straight to Art is the solution. Our collective background in curation, entrepreneurship, art education, creative writing and organizational expertise have given us a unique opportunity to help our clients reach their full potential. Our goal at Straight to Art is to keep the artist’s work flowing and organized, generate sales and provide clients with the time that they need to thrive in the studio.

After graduating from the University of Mississippi with a B.A. in Southern Studies and English, Lauren moved to Charleston in 2000 to pursue the culinary arts. She spent twelve years as a stay at home mother to two boys while remaining active in the worlds of art, southern literature, history, health and education. In 2017, she joined Jennifer Blackwell as a co-owner of Straight to Art, an arts management firm in Charleston, SC.

She has been working with small businesses for over 8 years and in almost every industry from finance, retail, medical, and even world-renowned speakers. Today, you can find her brainstorming with clients, implementing marketing strategies, celebrating successes, and helping as many entrepreneurs she can find grow their businesses.

Her philosophy? “I’m straightforward and revenue-focused. I believe in measuring dollars, not followers. I’m not going to sell you “the dream” and then wish you luck in trying to figure it out. Entrepreneurship is fun, terrifying, exhilarating, and empowering and we’re in this together!”
